Miller Heiman Expands Availability of Sales Planning and Communication Tools Internationally

Sales Access ManagerSM software now available for companies looking to improve global sales strategy collaboration.

RENO, NV -    -   Miller Heiman, a proven leader and innovator in sales execution, announced that its sales planning and communication software, Sales Access Manager, is now available in 12 additional languages. The added feature allows organizations that leverage Miller Heiman sales processes to improve their ability to communicate internationally on complex sales opportunities by breaking down certain language barriers.

“This is a development that enables our global customers to better communicate sales strategies,” said Miller Heiman president and CEO, Sam Reese. “It will give them a competitive advantage, allowing them to tap into the right combination of process and technology to drive adoption and move the results needle forward.”

The CRM-integrated Strategic Selling® Blue Sheets, Conceptual Selling® Green Sheets, and Large Account Management Process (LAMP®) Gold Sheets have been made available to clients using the tools in Salesforce.com, Oracle On Demand, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar CRM, Goldmine, Sales Logix, Siebel, and SAP CRM. Miller Heiman’s Sales Access Manager Team Edition, designed for those companies without a CRM system in place but want to automate their sales process, and Sales Access Manager Personal Edition, designed for individual sales representatives working to optimize sales performance, have also been upgraded with the new language functionality.

The enhanced tools translate information automatically. This means users will be able to set their preferences to read both the sales strategies they create and those sales strategies created by others in their primary language.

“A salesperson in Germany can author a Blue Sheet strategy in German while a counterpart in the United States can open it and review the majority of the strategy in English,” said Reese. “This opens up big opportunities for companies looking to successfully implement a sales methodology across multiple countries and regions.”

Sales Access Manager offerings now support Chinese, Dutch, Danish, French, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazilian), Russian and Spanish (European and Latin American) languages. There are plans to expand the software to include additional languages.
