Two Key Executives
RENO, NV -
January 29, 2010 -
Miller Heiman announced today the promotion of two executives to take on key roles on the company's leadership team.
Nattalie Hoch has been promoted to sales vice president for North America and Tony Gower to managing director of Europe.
With Hoch's new role, her team will assume additional responsibilities to develop business and managing accounts with the small and medium sized companies segment, as well as supporting similar activities for the company's larger accounts.
"While 2009 was challenging for the consulting industry, Nattalie was able to find a recipe for success and exceeded her team's top tier objectives," said Sam Reese, president and CEO, Miller Heiman. "Nattalie has a track record of success at Miller Heiman because of her contagious enthusiasm and persistent drive."
As managing director of Europe, Gower will expand his responsibilities beyond the United Kingdom with sales leadership responsibilities for all of Europe. Outside of the UK, Miller Heiman goes to market in the region primarily through a network of independent distribution partners. Miller Heiman plans to aggressively grow this channel in 2010 and Gower will work closely with these partners to support and grow their businesses.
"Tony has consistently led the UK team to meet its growth objectives and deliver results for our clients," Reese said. "His passion for Miller Heiman is rooted in his personal experience as a client and a practitioner."
