Miller Heiman’s Sales Planning Tools Now Available for Microsoft Dynamic CRM Users

RENO, NV -    -   An enhanced version of Miller Heiman's sales planning and communication tool, Sales Access Manager, is now available for use with Microsoft Dynamics. The improved ability to access data enables organizations operating with a Microsoft Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) system and using Miller Heiman Strategic Selling® Blue Sheet, Conceptual Selling® Green Sheet, or Large Account Management Process Gold Sheet planning tools to more efficiently develop, communicate and review sales strategies.

The newest version of Sales Access Manager offers new capabilities based on suggestions from current users that add functionality to the sales process enablement tool. The quick access to best practices from past worksheets and the ability to synchronize data with Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting and dashboard systems will help salespeople stay current with the status of their opportunities. An added feedback section and a field for coaching comments will help sales managers drive consistent implementation of the sales process.
