Snow and Martinez Join Miller Heiman in
Senior Leadership Roles

RENO, NV -  September 03, 2008  -   In an effort to accelerate its global expansion and increase product capabilities, Miller Heiman announced today the addition of two senior-level employees. Roger Snow has joined the company as vice president of international development. He will work with the president and managing director of international to increase the company's global presence. Aliena Martinez has joined the company as senior director of product development. Martinez will lead Miller Heiman's products department and will work with leadership and clients to ensure new and existing products continue to meet customer needs.

Snow has a 12-year background in sales and sales management and extensive experience in business analysis, strategic planning and performance measurement.

Prior to joining Miller Heiman, Snow worked with the company in a consulting capacity which included assisting in the acquisition of its long-time distribution partner, Skills Farm Pty of Sydney, Australia.

Martinez also worked with Miller Heiman in a consulting role before joining the company. She helped develop the company's plan to launch two new products by the end of 2008.

"Aliena has brought new, fresh perspective to our products department and our company," Reese said. "Bringing her into a corporate leadership role will allow us to learn from her ideas and leverage the vast experience she brings to the table."

Martinez has ten years of sales, marketing and product development experience and a Fortune 500 background.
