Miller Heiman Acquires Asia-Pacific Sales Consultancy

Acquisition supports company's global expansion strategy

RENO, NV -  February 21, 2008  -   Miller Heiman announced today the addition of corporate offices in Sydney, Australia through the acquisition of a highly respected local sales consultancy and long-time distribution partner, Skills Farm Pty Limited. The Miller Heiman offices will be located in Neutral Bay, Sydney, Australia, with representation in Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Tokyo.

"Acquiring a company with such a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region will help accelerate our expansion in a rapidly emerging market," said Sam Reese, CEO of Miller Heiman. "The intimate knowledge and experience in helping companies on a regional level backed by our existing global support system will enhance the overall customer experience."

Skills Farm was founded by Michael Light in January of 2003 as a privately held company and has since built a reputation as a respected and knowledgeable expert in sales performance initiatives. Light will serve as regional vice president of Asia-Pacific for Miller Heiman under the leadership of Damon Jones, president and managing director of international.

According to Reese, this move will substantially boost the company's financial performance and improve Miller Heiman's collaboration with global customers and partners.
