Miller Heiman Forms New Partnership in Mexico City

Alliance is a Milestone in Company's Global Expansion Strategy

RENO, NV -    -   Miller Heiman announced today its global expansion into Latin America through a new partnership with Finest Business Consulting (FBC) of Mexico City.

Led by Miguel Ortiz and Alfonso Rodriguez, FBC was founded in 2000 as a strategic, commercial and financial planning advisory company. By 2003, Mexico's rapidly growing real estate market led FBC to switch its focus to sales consulting and training. They now provide expertise in areas such as sales force evaluation, recruitment, training, sales techniques, and sales force management.

"Sales consulting, research and training have proven to be the most solid market segments within FBC's capabilities," Ortiz said. "The ability to partner with a world-class brand that has demonstrated global achievement in these areas will be instrumental to our future successes."

Prior to the start of FBC, Ortiz held executive-level positions with Grupo Galaxy Mexicana (Direct TV), Grupo Financiero Multivalores S.A., Grupo EPN and Citibank S.A. His educational background includes a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Southern California and courses in advanced corporate finance at Harvard Business School.

Rodriguez joined FBS in 2003 from Brand Managers International. He spent more than 30 years with Woolworth Mexicana, where he served as chairman and CEO of Mexico. He was also responsible for bringing the Friedman Group, a retail consulting and training firm, to Mexico. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
